Who we are

We are experienced and highly rated trainers, facilitators, coaches, consultants and event speakers who design and deliver bespoke solutions for our clients. We have a diverse set of backgrounds, but one thing in common: we have learnt our skills 'at the sharp end'. i.e. we have used, ourselves, the skills that we now develop in others. Our backgrounds include retail, engineering, acting, the police, I.T. and sales.

We care about our clients. We want them to prosper and so we will do everything we can to enable that. Everything we create comes from that desire and the only way we understand how they want their organisation to move forward is by listening intently to everything they tell us. As we mention elsewhere on this site, we ask lots of questions!

We care about their people. We want them to prosper too, both individually and as a team. Often we use tools such as psychometrics to help them understand themselves and each other better.

This is not about putting people in a box. In fact, it's quite the opposite – it's about helping them to understand their own unique preferences and therefore build relationships with those around them.

We're led by our M.D., Mark Sansome. Mark is a qualified facilitator and has over 25 years' experience in designing and delivering training, public speaking, and leading team away days. We have over 30 associates, each with different portfolios, expertise and experience. This enables us to offer a wide range of solutions, delivered by experts. We handpick the associates that we believe are best placed to work with each client on each project. Our team can demonstrate a proven track record of increasing business profitability and enabling people to be the best they can be.

So, why do our clients work with us?

  • A down to earth approach – we love making things simple and are often complimented for the clarity of our approach.
  • No hard sell - we have no interest in pressurising clients to buy from us as we know how much we hate that style ourselves. We simply explain how we can help and leave it to the client to decide whether to go ahead. We'll also say if we don't think we can help, or if there is another organisation that would be a better fit.
  • Excellent quality, lasting impact – our clients tell us that our interventions are of a high quality. Moreover, we put particular focus on ensuring that our development programmes have a lasting impact. We're not interested in 'one hit wonders' where a training course is delivered one day and forgotten the next.
